kickoff, onboarding, launch, and a 90-day review – with a Professional Services Team guiding the process.

Implementation Timeline

Below is the step-by-step implementation flow used for new service launches.

4 weeks until launch

  • Receive and review the Proposal/Letter of Intent
  • Sign the Proposal/Letter of Intent
  • Sign the formal contract and pay the first-month deposit to kick start services

Onboarding begins

  • Kickoff meeting with our Professional Service Team (PST)
  • Outline onboarding steps and set a go-live date
  • PST begins onboarding and takes support requests during onboarding

Onboarding continues

  • Engineers go onsite to deploy VTL management tools
  • We take photos of critical equipment/areas and update records
  • We update key employee contacts; PST remains your main POC while we document
  • Valley Techlogic assumes IT responsibilities for your business

Formal meeting

  • Formal meeting to finalize onboarding
  • Confirm the go-live date for Help Desk service

Launch

  • Support requests go to Help Desk phone or email
  • More complex requests continue through PST contact channels
  • Sales requests go to the sales number; emergencies go to PST phone

After launch

  • Your first Technology Business Review (TBR) occurs 90 days after start of services

During onboarding: the PST is your best point of contact while we document your environment and standard operating procedures
(new employee onboarding, offboarding, workstation setup, and more).

Dedicated PST

A Professional Services Team guides onboarding and takes requests during implementation.

Onsite deployment

Engineers go onsite to deploy management tooling and document critical infrastructure.

Clean handoff

Help Desk becomes primary after launch; PST remains available for complex items and emergencies.

90-day TBR

A Technology Business Review is scheduled 90 days after services begin.
